I got married in June of last year. When I had my consultation with Jackie she was very straightforward about the expenses of greenery and floral, which I appreciated. A lot of what I liked was just way out of my budget, (unfortunately, for me many of my inspiration photos came from very high budget weddings on Pinterest LOL). We worked together to find alternatives that not only fit within my budget, but made sense for the season I was getting married in. She was very knowledgable about the florals I liked and the ones I didn't even know about until she suggested them and showed me samples. On the day of the wedding Jackie and one other associate came to deliver the florals and set up the greenery in the reception area. She was very organized and gave us good instructions on how to hold bouquets, when to remove from water, etc. She also had great tips on how to store the florals until the ceremony because it was extremely hot the day I got married. My advice to anyone working with Pondelek's for their big day is to have an idea of what you like, but remain flexible and open! We used Pondelek’s for our October 2024 wedding. Though, my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets turned out beautifully, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience while trying to stay in budget. Jackie was very pushy with what she felt we should have and was difficult to work with in terms of staying in a budget and helping to guide us. She had us bring in “inspo” pictures of what we were looking for, and then she picked apart each flower in the picture and gave us a price (that was very expensive). I continued to explain that we were more focused on staying in budget and are not picky with the type of flower, though she was unhelpful with showing us any other options. I asked her several times to make the bridesmaids and my own bouquet smaller, which she told me she could not do. I also asked her to just have one rose for the groomsmen’s boutonnière and she was very pushy with explaining why they needed 3 roses each. I ended up having to get rid of my centerpieces and ceremony flowers to stay in budget, which I was not happy about. I wish that she was more helpful with finding other creative ways to stay in budget, rather than focusing on upselling. I’d only recommend if

My husband and I used pondelek's for our November 2019 wedding and we were absolutely impressed with our floral arrangements. Jackie really helped make the selection an easy but exciting process and she really pulled through for us. Thank you so much for making our day memorable!

I received a flower arrangement from my boyfriend for our first anniversary. The flowers were amazing, and that arrangement was so unique. I have received flowers before, but nothing can compete to how beautiful this arrangement is. Each time I walk into my kitchen I just have to smile. I feel loved!
